Refund policy

At Novva Gadgets, we want every customer to have a clear and fair shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be approved.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order is marked as delivered, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

·         Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received;

·         In its original packaging;

·         Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, parts, and protective materials;

·         Accompanied by the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may be refused and will not automatically qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

·         Your full name;

·         Order number;

·         Reason for the return;

·         Photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, when applicable.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers must not send items back before receiving return authorization from us.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection, handling fees, and priority processing fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is caused by our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@novvagadgets.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

·         Clear photos or videos of the issue;

·         Photos of the product packaging;

·         A photo of the shipping label;

·         Your order number.

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, store credit, repair solution, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.

Claims submitted without supporting evidence, or after the 48-hour inspection period, may be denied if we cannot verify the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, customization, or fulfillment reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

·         Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items;

·         Personal care, hygiene, beauty, grooming, or wearable-use items;

·         Opened, used, installed, altered, or damaged items;

·         Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or parts;

·         Gift cards;

·         Clearance, final sale, promotional, or heavily discounted items, except where required by law;

·         Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or restricted items.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a product is returnable.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or submitted to fulfillment.

Because our fulfillment process may begin quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds are not guaranteed for address errors.

8. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered fulfilled.

If you believe your package was stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at hello@novvagadgets.com. We may assist with documentation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.

If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return, wait for approval and inspection, and then place a new order separately.

11. Refund Approval Process

Once your approved return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

A refund may be denied or reduced if:

·         The item is used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete;

·         The original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, or parts are missing;

·         The item was returned without authorization;

·         The return does not meet this policy;

·         The claim appears inconsistent with the evidence provided.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@novvagadgets.com before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to reviewing and resolving valid order issues according to this policy.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, as the matter will be handled through the payment provider or card issuer. In the event of a chargeback, we may submit order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product descriptions, refund policy acceptance, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor or card issuer.

Submitting false claims, abuse of the return process, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future orders.

13. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
